I was born in the Netherlands and when I was eight my parents made the decision to move to Spain. From an early age, I learned everything about real state from my father, who was one of the visionaries that opened the market for Dutch and Belgian people looking for properties in Costa Blanca. Besides real estate, I grew up in a family where sports were highly important. Therefore, a great part of my life has been dedicated to perform outdoor sports that would also portrait the beauty of Alicante and its surroundings. In my 30s, I created my own philosophy and decided to part ways with my father. This is how IPM Spain was Born. I always envisioned that IPM Spain should be a company that putting the customers first. I want us to be seen as a friend that can always help you in Spain. With that philosophy, IPM Spain had to expand and grew to a team of people who all share the same vision as me.

My name is Arjen and I am married to Karina, together we have 2 children of 4 and 7 with whom we do a lot of fun things and which I can really enjoy. I also like to do sports, cycling/running/ padel/golf and fitness. Besides sports, I also like making music, playing guitar and singing. Before I ended up in Spain, I gave Personal Training for 10 years in the Netherlands. I originally come from top sport and was a professional cyclist for many years. After my cycling career, I joined the Ministry of Defense.

The great thing about working for IPM is that so many different great new people come your way. Every day is different and full of new experiences and adventures. Customers get off the plane positive and enthusiastic, and then you get to join them in the sun looking for their dream home how fun is that! What is so beautiful is when a client signs a contract and they (husband and wife) look at each other and get emotional, that they have bought a house in Spain. This gives me goose bumps every time

From the vibrant heart of Venezuela, my journey began in my father's company. I wasn't just learning a job; I was absorbing the ethos of entrepreneurship and the value of hard work. My passion for business took me through the classrooms of Venezuela. Eager for more, I set my sights on the Netherlands. In Rotterdam, amidst the beautiful canals and chilly winds, I pursued my master's in logistics. I discovered more than just academic knowledge; I found a city that challenged me, changed me, and became home for a decade. And where I met Arjen my husband and with whom I now have a beautiful family with 2 kids.

Now, with a heart full of memories from Rotterdam, I've started a new chapter under the Spanish sun with my beautiful family. Here in Spain, the journey continues. Alongside our dear friend Bas, I'm diving into the world of real estate. Our goal? To help others find their dream homes and start their own stories here. From each city and chapter, I've carried forward the lessons and love, weaving them into the fabric of my life and work. Here's to new beginnings and the countless stories they'll bring.

I live with my wife and 2 children, one of 10 and a four-legged of 3 in La Marina (Costa Blanca) Sports I do a little too little at the time of writing but padel/mountain biking/carting I find very cool. I love the Burgundian life, a snack and a drink. And I love just about anything with an engine in it. I originally come from the car repair business, but that did not give me a challenge anymore and I worked in the hospitality industry for a few years, both in the Netherlands and in Spain. Then I went back to working in cars.

The nice thing about working for IPM is that every day is different. Every day I am enthusiastic and motivated to help people find the right home. It's a great feeling to be able to contribute to the client's dream by finding a place where they can truly feel at home. I enjoy the contact with my clients and the challenge of finding the right match between the client's wishes and the supply on the housing market every time. No two days are the same and I love meeting new people and helping them realize their dreams. The best moments... When I walk into a home with the clients and people become quiet, emotional or just very busy with happiness. I never get used to that!

Hello, my name is Rosie and I work for IPM SPAIN, as an administrator. I am in charge of post-sales, after each sale. Before, I have worked in many different jobs... translator, babysitter, activity monitor, bars, and I worked in a restaurant for 8 years. I live in Spain because my mother met my father here in Spain 35 years ago. Love arose, and she decided to come live here with my father, since my father is Spanish and lives here. 3 years ago, Bas, who I have considered my friend since I was 16, came with a job offer that I could not refuse. This job allows me to have a much better quality of life, with regard to tranquility, stability and time. Time with my son is what I value most of all. Besides, the friendship and trust we have in the work environment and with my colleagues makes it a place where I work very comfortably.

In my past I have changed jobs, without being clear about what I wanted to do, although it is true that my base is sport. Right now, and for a few years I practice padel, a sport that has grown a lot here in Spain and is very fashionable. Sport is my best medicine. And here I can practice a lot of variety. And if you ask me why Spain? Here we have the sea. The sea, the sea gives me the peace I need when I am very anxious, it gives me calm. And the mountains give me the same feeling. Apart from all the sport I can practice…Here I have everything.

Nice to meet you, my name is Daisy Villahermosa and I come from the Caribbean! Venezuelan by birth I work at IPM SPAIN as an administrator and I am in charge of preparing the deeds of the houses so that you can have your dream home As I said, I come from Venezuela. I came to Spain in 2017 wanting to experience new things and have a better future for myself and my family I am a Systems Engineer by profession, an Interior Designer as a second profession and Dancing is definitely my passion I have worked from large international companies to small companies in my country, from the cement factory as Head of Operations, also as an interior designer in a kitchen and closets manufacturing company to a dance teacher.

I live in Spain for 7 years and since I arrived I have worked in this fascinating real estate world, getting to know everything from the get of a house to the sale of it. I have been working at IPM SPAIN for 4 years now and since I decided to join this company my world has taken a 180 degree turn, improving many aspects of my life. I love being able to see how this company has grown throughout my time here and I am looking forward to seeing what we will achieve in the future. Since I am in charge of paperwork I hardly know the clients in person so it is very funny when I can finally put a face to the names I see on paper but we talk to each other as if we had met before it is wonderful how through selling a house a Mediterranean dream as I call it you can connect with wonderful people who are happy for you and your family.
